Payment

- The price listed is the base price. It can cost extra depending on the complexity of the char(s) and background.
- For the extra characters, I’d like to discuss more as I want to know how detailed they are.
- If your character doesn't have a design yet and you expect I design them on an art work, I may ask for some extra payment for the design.
- The price is charged for personal purpose only, not commercial ! Commercial use will be charged differently.
- For payment method, currently I only receive Paypal.
The price is not included in the transfer fee on Paypal. I will add the transfer when I send the invoice.
- Please don't send the payment directly to my Paypal without my notice before I send the invoice.
- If I have a long wait list, I’d like to receive at least $50 of the total payment to keep your slot.
- For refund requirement, I'll only refund if you no longer want the commission before I send any sketches. In that case, you will pay the transfer fee.

Work Process

- For the process, first I’d like to know your idea and some references .
- If you want to keep your commission as a private work, please also let me know.
- After we discuss the ideas and agree on the price, I will provide some sketch options.
- Then I will do another round of color sketches for the option you’ve chosen.
- At any sketch stages you can ask for any change you want if you are not satisfied with the options I provide.
- Once you choose the color option you want, I’d like to receive at least 50% of the total price.
- I don’t give commission updates/wips. If you want one, please inform me ahead of time.
- As soon as it finishes, I will send you the final work with lower resolution to see if you are satisfied. At this stage you can have 2 rounds of feedback and adjustments. And I will not make any drastic changes such as changing to a totally different pose/respective/lighting/design/etc at this stage. When you are happy with the final, I will send the invoice for the rest of the paycheck before I send you the original/high resolution.
- If, only if, I can not meet your expectation in the final work even after making the adjustments, and we can not come to an agreement, I am fully by rights keep the payment.

Usage Policy

- I remain all rights to the artwork.
- I'm allowed to use the artwork to promote my self on any site.
- For the commissioner, you can print the artwork or use it to promote but have to credit the artist properly.
- You are not allowed to use my art work for any kind of NFT or machine learning with out my consent.
